Welcome to BetterBet. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BetterBet app and any related services (together, "BetterBet" or the "App"). By using BetterBet, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What BetterBet Is

BetterBet is a personal wellness and habit-tracking app designed to help people who want to change their relationship with gambling. It is not a medical device, a clinical treatment program, a licensed therapy service, or a substitute for professional mental health care. BetterBet is a tool — a supportive one, we hope — but a tool nonetheless.

2. Who Can Use BetterBet

You must be 18 years or older to use BetterBet. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please don't share your login with others or use BetterBet on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.

4. App Availability and Changes

BetterBet is available on the iOS App Store. We're still building, still learning, and still improving. Features may change, break, or disappear. We appreciate your patience and your feedback.

The App is provided "as is." We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee perfection.

5. What We Ask of You

Use BetterBet in good faith. Don't use the App to harm others, spread misinformation, or do anything illegal. Treat the BetterBet community — if and when community features are introduced — with the same respect you'd want for yourself.

6. Intellectual Property

The BetterBet name, logo, design, and content are owned by BetterBet and its founders. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BetterBet is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions you make based on content in the App. You use BetterBet voluntarily and at your own discretion.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the App. Continued use of BetterBet after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
